Mission and Vision

Our founder, Norra Than, started this project after seeing something that broke her heart: talented doctors and nurses in Vietnam who loved their work but had to leave because they simply couldn't make ends meet. Many moved abroad for better pay, leaving Vietnam's public hospitals overwhelmed and patients waiting in long lines.

Working in healthcare marketing in Singapore, Norra watched this pattern repeat—skilled Vietnamese medical staff heading overseas for opportunities that should exist at home. When she visited Da Nang, she saw the city's potential for medical tourism, but there was a problem: not enough English-speaking doctors, and worse, you couldn't trust what you found online. Google reviews filled with bots, Facebook groups with paid fake ratings—how could anyone feel safe choosing a clinic?

That's why she built this directory: a place where expats and foreigners can actually trust they're finding good doctors who speak English.

But Norra knows this is just a first step. The real question is bigger: how do we keep talented medical professionals in Vietnam? 

This platform helps her gather insights as she pursues a master's degree in health economics, with plans for a PhD. Her goal is to research and develop real solutions for Vietnam's medical system—so healthcare workers can build fulfilling careers at home, and patients get the quality care they deserve.
